The Nike SB Dunk Low "Green Apple" is the second model to surface from a forthcoming "Fruity Pack" from the skate-obsessed branch of the Swoosh conglomerate, after a "Blue Raspberry" offering. The latest pair, like its predecessor, uses several hues of its muse's eponymous color. The lightest shade of green on the shoe is shown in tumbled leather at the toe box, mid-foot panels, and heel, while overlays around these aforementioned places use a darker tone and suede material. The Nike Dunk-profile variant's swooshes follow suit, though the laces introduce a near-fluorescent variation of the green apple's aesthetic.
At first glance, the SB Dunk Low's padded collar and Zoom Air unit may appear to be a mostly-green sneaker for no reason, but cartoon drawings on the tongue label's underside show the SB Dunk Low's inspiration, as do the rest of the brand's "Fruity Pack."
The brand hasn't announced a Nike SNKRS release date, but that's expected to change as summer approaches. Instagram user @iamricosuav provided some sneak peaks, which can be checked out below.
