Jordan shoes have always been synonymous with flight and the ability to make the impossible possible when it comes to athletic feats. Think of the player behind the Jordan brand, Michael Jordan. Although no longer playing the game, Nike has continued to build upon the Jordan brand. The Nike Air "Take Flight" 3D is one of the highlights of Nike's upcoming 2021 releases.
This Air Jordan Low also has similarities with the Nike Air Force 1 8-Bit in how it handles the theme. The 3D effect in use on the Take Flight on the swoosh particular reminds us of the 8-Bit's swoosh. There are some cool things deigned into the Take Flight that give it a 3D appearance. Let's take a look at how Nike has put the 3D into the Nike Air "Take Flight" 3D.
The swoosh pulls of a 3d look with a red swoosh layered upon a blue one, similarly to how Nike achieved 8-bit in the Nike Air Force 1 8-bit. Even the Air Jordan on the tongue plays a part in making it seem like you're seeing double or triple. And if you're seeing dozens of "flight" printed all over the sneakers it's not a trick.
Another feature that contributes to the 3D theme is the difference in outsole colors, one red on one sneaker side and one blue on the other.
The Nike Air "Take Flight" 3D will be available for purchase in the coming months.
